i've had nagging chest pains since last fri.. i saw the dr on wed morning, took off from work.. cannot take it anymore... diagnosis is heartburn... i checked it out in my textbook.. seems like GERD.. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
given some meds... feeling much better now... phew...
must be the irregular meals and the so regular bier diet.. whahahha.. none this week.. i'm bored..
i haven been to the gym in ages, night shifts and playing hard aft my nights and when i wanted to go, this happened.. finally, finally, i went for body pump todae... hoot hoot.. feels great!!
watched nacho libre with alicia just now... super duper funny la, jack black le!!! a bit wrong la.. but.. whahha... just a good abs work out...
i bought [the sisterhood of the travelling pants] and [the experiment].. i'm gonna have a great time!! can watch on com i suppose!!! hwhahhaha.. i'm on aft tom anyway.. so long pple!
i'm gonna go to movie world!
